I purchased an installed pool from Penguin Pools in September 2012 and they agreed to have the installation completed by November. The pool was only completed and handed over to me in Jnauary 2013. I clearly did not recieve the so called quick installation of a fibre glass pool compared to a marblite pool.
The cement around the paving tile has come out due to poor workmanship or incorrect sand/cement mixture. In the past month, I have made several requests to Penguin Pools to repair this but there has been no repsonse.
I am very disappointed at the poor delivery and customer service from Penguin Pools.
