1 Week ago I sent my gate motor for repairs as it is still under warrnty. I was told it will be sent in that same day 30/10/2013, 1 Week later I call to check the status of the repair, I was very "politely" told "Sir your unit wil only go for repairs today". Now I have to pay a security guard R250.00 a day because the gate is part of the security at my business premises. I think I should send my security guard expense to builders warehouse H/O they can reimburse maybe it will spur them on to do things a little faster.
