I wanted a wooden window and door replaced with aluminium. From my original design idea which they said they couldn't do, we decided on vertical sliding windows. Sent me a quote, I accepted and paid 50% and was given 2 installation dates which came and went with lame excuses. The day before the 3rd one (after moving tilers & painters dates around to accommodate) I got a phone call and they couldn't make the vertical sliders. We decided on a different design and I asked for a new quote. They installed 2 days later, badly. The window was fitted skew which I saw & had to be rectified the next day. Silicone had only been applied to some parts of the surrounds (apparently they had run out of it). 4 times I requested the amended quote and didn't get. Eventually received after the window & door were installed, and it was the original vertical sliding invoice. Said there were extra charges because of sandblasting the door so they left the invoice as is. No ways would the simple horizontal window be anywhere near the price of vertical sliders. Long story short, took another 3 emails to get the correct invoice. Was not even offered any discount in compensation for all the hassles
