On the 28th Novemberi went to Super-build Essential Hard ware to buy building material. i paid them in cash for the building material that cost me 18 000., i was then told that they will deliver the sand, cement plus 1000 bricks, they did not deliver on time as i was promised, they then told me the supplier had delayed them because of the rain, but on the 30th they then delivered the sand, cement and the bricks but the people who where doing the delivery were very reckless with the stock bricks that cost me 100 broken bricks. to date im still waiting for the remainder of the bricks that i bought, i called in today the 3rd November 2013, and i was told there is no stock the delivery will only be made when the stock arrives, to me that is so vague considering i had phoned on Friday the 1st November 2013 and was told that the bricks will be delivered on Monday morning. i have lost trust with the hardware, they are not reliable, they don't even have customer/client care, i'm the one who should call them every time. I'm not happy about the service i have received.
