I agree with previous reports. This contracter, Pieter Germishuys requests money from his clients to pay suppliers. However, months after the money was requested the suppliers contact the client to enquire about payments as this is long overdue. What is collected by this contractor, is not paid over to the supplier. Be very careful not to pay amounts well in advance. Moreover, they were not even competent enough to built the house according to the plans, you should ignore this contractor.
