Several emails have been sent by me to David Ayres and to me from him. He will send someone to the house on Thursday, and we hope to find a mutually acceptable solution. I retract what I have said with respect to A & A National Roofing & Waterproofing, believing the issue will be resolved. Clearly, the negotiations I had with the Gauteng Branch, and the quotation I received, with the three-year guarantee, are open to different interpretation. I do not hold the Company (no longer in operation in Gauteng) responsible for what happened here in Gauteng - but do want to know that my initial expenditure of R7200.00 was worthwhile. I appreciate the attempt to try to resolve the issue, and look forward to posting a positive report on Hallopeter in due course.
