We invited Timber Style Structures to quote on internal renovations. Belinda arrived the next day quite excited about the job as it was perfect to tide them over to the end of the year and they liked jobs of this nature (garage to playroom conversion) After a week I called to inquire as to the progress of a quote and was told that they were moving office and that the quote would be ready on Monday the following week. I advised that I had another quote awaiting confirmation. Belinda said that she had no time and just to accept the first quote. I told her I'd ask for an extension on the first quote if she could confirm her quote by Monday which she agreed to. I called at 3pm on Tuesday and Belinda said that she had been meaning to call me as they had taken a big job on Friday and could no longer do my job. I had to ask the first builder for an extension on the quote period yet Belinda didn't have the courtesy to phone me. She clearly had no intention of doing my job and was waiting for a bigger/better job to come along. Timber Style Structures has wasted my time and frustrated me. Note that I can't comment on their work, only their poor attitude and poor customer service.
