We have been clients of Otis for many years and every few months they skip lift maintenance. They don't even keep the complaince certificates up to date. We pay our bill every month and call them to complain when they don't come out, but they don't care or even respond. This happens regularly and it is not right, people should get the service they pay for. Well we not going to stand for this bad service anymore, think it is time to get a new supplier, but just want other companies to know what bad service they give.
