Builders is one of the trusted building suppliers in the country but I have been experiencing poor service from them. One of the recent bad service is on roofing material and installation I experience from them
I paid R106 586.20 to Builders on 18 September 2013 for the roofing material and installation. I asked Builders to start installation of roof on 03 Oct 2013, this was to give Builders sufficient 9 working days to start the job. The consultant I was dealing with give me an impression that they can start within these 9 days.
To my disappointment the 03 Oct 2013 come and went, Builders has not delivered. No one is calling me regarding the delay, it is all quite. In the meantime I am suffering loss as the rain season has started and my roof is not being installed but Builders have been fully paid.
