David Spagnolo and his landscaping company "Green by Nature" landscapers were recommended by my former Project Manager Jean McGredy. He quoted me to repair Abacus Garden's mess, for a lush green tropical garden with new swimming pool. After 8 months of constant broken promises, failure to deliver and almost no progress, David dropped off a "new pool pump and filter" which we have discovered is not only used but broken with missing parts. The irrigation system he supposedly put in place doesn't work and never will. I have been left with a concrete lined hole in the ground (not a pool as it has no weir or lights etc) and a "garden" of red sand. The baby plants, brand new Teak decking and paving belonging to me which he had taken away for "safe keeping" at the outset of the job (to keep them safe) have not been returned to me.
