Big J's tree felling is a breath of fresh air! After being treated rudely by a number of suppliers, I was beginning to believe that no one takes an interest in customer service any more. How wrong was I! After contacting Big J's tree felling for a quotation, they arrived at my house within 30 minutes of me calling them and did a full and thorough inspection of my garden and gave us good advice. Run by husband and wife team James and Sharon, I was incredibly impressed with their knowledge of the different trees and any legalities involved with cutting them down. They arrived on the Tuesday after quoting us, and the job was done the same day, they left no mess behind and the job was done very professionally. James and Sharon were there the entire time, and supervised everything! They proved to me that people do still care about their customers, and take pride in what they do.
