I was called this morning by the owner of this company KAY'S AUTOMATIC GATES.
I received 2 invoices yesterday for gate repairs, 1 for MARCH and 1 for SEPTEMBER. I only requested their help for SEPTEMBER. When I queried the other invoice I was told tp "listen you ..." I immediately hung up as I refuse to be sworn at.
I then received a threatening SMS stating that I was a and that he would personally come and disconnect my gate. He ended the SMS by calling me a rude disgusting.
I immediately called his office 4 times and each time he rejected my calls.
I paid the, then called back and spoke to his secretary and advised that it was highly unprofessional to swear and threaten cliets and that if he contacts me again I will lay charges. Advised that he has been paid.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! EVER. THEY LIE, THREATEN AND SWEAR AT CLIENTS!
