I am very dissatisfied with Brick warehouse service, I bought and paid for bricks which I was told will be delivered last week. The bricks where never delivered and nobody came back to me to explain why. I called Brick warehouse again yesterday 25 September 2013 and I was told that my bricks will be delivered today, today in the morning I called and the lady that I spoke to said she will give me a call in a few minutes which she never did. Only when I called her after almost 2 hours did she tell me that your transport had a breakdown.
I am very unhappy with the kind of service that you provide and your lack of honesty to your clients. I have builders waiting to start the job but they cant because everything is there except the bricks. Please ensure that my bricks are delivered tomorrow, failing which I will be left with no choice but to take steps as I am losing money on daily basis. Now the person i dealt with is not available to assist me solve this matte
