Builders Warehouse Glen Eagles = Extremely unprofessional, inefficient and rude.
On 6 July 2013 I ordered three sets of blinds in the colour black from the Builders Warehouse in Glen Eagles.
After waiting over a month, I only received the blinds on 15 August 2013 and all the blinds were in the colour brown and one of the blinds didn't even fit my measurements. I immediately contacted Builders Warehouse and requested that they replace them. They absolutely refused to replace the blinds and I even received calls from their employees screaming at me about they thought the colour and measurements were correct. After arguing with them for about 2 weeks, they finally agreed to replace my blinds in order to correct the colour and the wrong measurements.
Today's date is 19 September and I still haven't received my blinds and I can't get hold of Builders Warehouse Glen Eagles to even find out when they will be ready.
Very expensive blinds - I wonder if I'll ever receive them...
