We made full payment to Endotruss on 7 September. They dropped off the timber strewed all around our yard. On Saturday it will be 2 weeks since payment. Their contract stipulates that once full payment is made, the job would be completed within 2 weeks. They came to our premises last week Saturday, put up a few timber and never returned. They ignore my emails, and my husband's call. We have other work around the house which need to be completed, but cannot be done due to the timber in some of our rooms.
Their contract is one sided. If you don't pay, they don't do the job. But if you pay, and they still do not do the job, there are no repercussions on their side.
At this stage, we are at their mercy. They have us completely at ransom. They have our money. And we have an unfinished job. We have to wait till they are ready to come. We don't know when because they ignore us. We feel very done in by this company.
Endotruss is NOT to be trusted.
