O The project was not delayed by us, but by the owners builder, who neglected to have plans drawn up for the pool.
o During the first site meeting between myself, the main contractor and the owner it was decided that Clearwater pools would only supply and install a coping and that the main contractors paving contractor would do the paving. We quoted accordingly, and supplied and installed a coping. After we had finished the owner said that he now wants us to do the paving.
o Our electrician went out to the house on Friday the 6th September 2013 to do the electrical connection, but could not get access as the owner could not be reached on his phone and the estate would not allow him in.
We met with Paul (27824508905) because we wanted a pool built at our new house. He came through and did the measurements and gave us a comprehensive quote. He advised in order to be able to procure the material we would have to pay 80% deposit. We then paid him the full amount of the pool so that everything would run smoothly.
