No Delivery and Non Payment

I was referred to Blessed Interiors by a colleague and was contacted by Pascal Peterz Ragavan, owner of Blessed Interiors. I told him I wanted tiling done and he visited me at work, showing me the tile. We discussed the price and later that day came to my home to measure and give me a quotation. He told me to pay for the tiles the next day as the price would be increased if not paid for. I then paid the money into C Ragavan's account as he said he needed to pay for the tiles immediately. Why not into Blessed Interiors I asked and he said it would take too long and he needed to pay for the tiles asap. He also told me the quantity of material needed to tile the area that he measured. I then paid the money for the material into C Ragavan's account again! not all the tiles nor the material was delivered as he went to Durban and phoned me from there to say that I should buy whatever needed to complete the tiling job and he would reimburse me. I had to get tilers and pay much more than I would have had he delivered the goods that I paid for. This was done in June and to date he has not paid me and makes empty promises every time I call him. I have now handed this to my attorneys!
