A couple of months we used Mend A Wall and they were excellent. This time they were atrocious. When they came to give us a quote, my husband discussed with Vanessa that there is water pipes running where they need to do the Wall extensions. So he asked that they arrive early in the morning so that if the water pipes gets damaged that it can be fixed. We waited 2 weeks for them to confirm a date, and then they arrive at 10 am drop off the pannels and poles and left. They returned to do the job at 16H45. They damaged 2 water pipes while digging. The scary part is if my husband did not notice this, they would have just closed up the hole and let the pipes leak. When we did contact the manager we were told you accepted our terms and conditions and it is the customers problem to solve. There is still half a wall that needs to be erected, my pavement looks like a warzone, They promised to finish the job on Saturday. Well I am holding my breath for this one. Unfortunately I have fully paid the supplier. I will not recomend them to any other person.
