I've had several dealings with this company and the service has been sloppy. They take a long time to respond to service requests (several months) and typically don't get the job done correctly on the first attempt. Their idea of setting up an appointment is any time during a day - expect only a loose adherence to any agreement regarding a time! If you complain, their approach is along the lines of: "we didn't touch that, it's your fault". Christo personally is quite reasonable so if you have to use them try to deal with him personally.
One of their circulation pumps failed a few months after installation. They took months to respond and when they did replace it they forgot to reconnect one of the jet switches. I had to troubleshoot the problem and reconnect the switch personally. You can do better than to use this company.
