Granite tops were installed at the beginning of 2012. On a wall to wall counter- 2 pieces of granite were fitted in but the smaller piece of granite does not match the pattern grain on the rest of the counter. The grain runs in the opposite direction. I have been calling granite gallery since last year. I have spoken to the owners Ravi and Nisha on numerous occasions and were promised that they would come in and have a look at the fitted granite (My parents home is about 5km away from their factory). They have even promised to correct the mistake. All promises have not been kept and 1 and a half years have passed. I spoke to Nisha in March of this year and she promised that it would be sorted out in April- another empty promise. I called on Wednesday 28 August 2013 - Nisha was there but apparently too far away for the phone to reach her. I left my contact details and she has not returned my phone call. Lesson-DONT pay the entire amount upfront for a service or Product. Hold a portion of the money back incase there is a problem. I certainly would NOT recommend Granite gallery to anyone as they have bad workmanship and are totally incompetent at keeping & honouring promises
