We phoned Glassmen for a quote for sandblasted glass which they duly sent. After I paid the deposit of R6000 on 13 th Aug they said that the quote wasn't sandblasted and the price would need to go up.
I then cancelled the order on 14th August and asked for my deposit back. They said it doesn't work that way and have refused to return it since.
Apart from illegally keeping my money, their customer service is shocking!
