In about May June of this year we approached Loft e Ladder to install the ladder - after numerous delays on site we were finally ready to have the ladder installed (end July beginning August) but Hayden said wait to install ladder as you don't want everyone using it. After struggling to contact him, we eventually got him on site 2 weeks ago and he promised to install loft ladder on wed 21 august. Needless to say he didn't pitch, didn't answer his cellphone (079 692 6910) or respond to emails [Email Removed] on wed, thursday or friday. He was very quick to demand a deposit but obviously not keen to actually install the ladder. As far as I am concerned he should at least have notified us if there was a problem or returned our calls and emails.
