The reason I am writing this, is to show people that even though there may be some complaints against The Kitchen Factory, I also want them to know that they do there utmost best and that they go the extra mile for their clients, I have not had a bad experience with them. I contacted The Kitchen Factory and requested that someone come out and give me a quotation for my kitchen. The same day I received a call back from their sales rep. I explained that I wanted to get rid of the old kitchen and come in with an awesome, amazing new modern kitchen. Before I knew it, I had an appointement set up. The sales rep was professional and tolerant on every level, everytime I changed my mind on something she never complained and did exactly what I wanted. I received the quote, made the decision to go ahead and could not be happier. They finished my kitchen in record time, came back everytime I told them I had an issue with something, never let me down. I have an awesome ultra modern kitchen and am the envy of all my friends and family.
