I recently bought a wendy house from RK Wendy supplies for R8050.00 an amount I paid cash upfront before they did any work. The service I received was terrible. On the day of the set-up 8aug, non of their staff pitched up, I had to phone them 2 ask when they are coming, eventually they arrived @ 13:05 the afternoon. I've been waiting more than a week for my burglar bars to delivered, everyday when I phone all I hear is empty promises with no apology. I cannot even put furniture in the wendy-house as rk wendy supplies will not refund me for my goods & cannot guarantee my safety due to no burglar bars. The window is not even put in straight. 2 of the panels has gaps where the planks doesn't overlap properly where you can literally see the light shining through. And the roof is also leaking. I've asked for the 2 windows to open from left to right, they say it cannot be turned. I've been sitting @ home everyday after work, as well as 4 full days and still no delivery. RK staff is making promises & doesn't deliver satisfactory service. I've sent them numerous e-mails / sms's and called them (4 People, with no feedback / no delivery) because I was promised a 6 month guarantee.
