After less than a month of installing a solar geyser, I've no hot water. My geyser that is fed by the solar geyser has developed problems. Communicated my problem to Camille de vos (sales), got no help but (not our problem, get your own plumber to sort it out) and she even dropped a phone on my ear. This after spending over R28k on their product. Senior staff have yet to regret the incident. I'm told director will not refund me, we'll see about that. In short: SAVE YOURSELF and avoid SOLAR BEAM.
