UFCC Furniture had a special on the long weekend from 9&10 August 2013 where amongst others so-called strengthened leather double seating couches for R999 was on offer. It was also limited to two couches per customer. On arrival at the store to have a look at the couches on the Thursday 8 August 2013 it was found that these "strengthened leather coaches" were actually fake leather and that the display coach had already places where it was scuffed to reveal a sail like material. No leather is used to make these couches.
This is blatant misleading of the public and lying on advertisements.
