On 15 July 2013, Roland from It's me Hosea! started resurfacing our pool with the dark blue resin colour. We were told to leave the pool for 2 days, before we filled it with water. Without water the pool looked awesome! However, the minute the pool was filled, you could see stains/ discolouration. We contacted Roland to tell him, after a couple of days, he did come buy and said that he would have to redo the pool. So we have to empty it again (96 000 ltrs!). By this time, we have paid in full for the job...
On the 29th, Roland started to redo the pool, we were told to please leave the pool for 5 days, before filling it with water. We left the pool 7 days, just to make sure. And again the pool looked beautiful without water, but the minute we filled it, the discolouration started again! The pool looks terrible!
We have been trying to get a hold of Roland since Wednesday the 7th of August, SEVERAL phone calls and messages have gone unanswered! We have emailed, as well, and still have not manage to speak to Roland
So much for a 5 year guarantee! It looks like we will now have to incur even more expenses in order to get our money back!
