No access to water from 15 December 2012 to date:

I have been logging complaint calls, sending emails to Cosmopolitan for help from last year, still haven't received any help. It's a critical challenge for my family to leave without water myself, husband, 2 year old baby and a 7 year old child.
I also contacted JHB waters to assist and I was told that my prepaid meter owes or has a debit of R625, therefore I need to buy water worth R625 to clear this account, for water that I didn't have or used in a new house. Definitely will not pay for something I didn't use that's crazy. I asked JHB water agent to define/explain the word Prepaid she couldn't give me an answer and was told to call my nearest Qina Manzi and I did that I was told that maybe water was used to build the house, I was referred back to the owner of the house which is Cosmopolitan.
On 31 Dec 2012 at 23h59, water came out from the pipe outside, when I checked the prepaid meter it indicated free water and Debit of R625. Still couldn't access water. Send an email to Elvina on 15 Jan 13 and responded by saying the query was sent forwarded to Head Office. Sent again an email to Elvina on 17 Jan 13 and on the 22 Jan 13 called her for feedback. endless faulties. Lost Hope
