No Delivery and Installation of Kitchen Units

What can you say about service THERE IS NONE.Money is paid immediately, forms completed, then they cannot find the correct phone numbers and email address. Phone again, Confirmation 08h00 in the morning for delivery, then they do not deliver. Phone at 16h00 in the afternoon to hear they do not come to deliver because of the right information was not given to them. Delivery is private company and installers not working for Builders, Promises for early delivery. Installers want to move the unit another week. After arrangements for 08h00 the next day, to phone again to hear they did not left, to load the truck, they arrive 10h45 at the house. Installers want to leave in the mean time. At 11h30 The units was still not offload. The installers and delivery guys argue between them for offloading, 7 Phone calls later nothing is done yet. After 13h00 the units is still not offload. What more do you need to say? Wasting our time PAYING Cellphone tariffs to land line holding cut off, the guys needs to work late and wasting our time and evening because they do not do the work but Builders want the money immediately! In the mean time because of the kitchen you are without stove for 2 weeks.
