I ordered curtains a few months ago and paid a deposit for them. After several weeks of being promised that the curtains would be installed "this week", I discovered that Matthew had not even received the fabric. He said he could not supply as his supplier was not supplying the fabric to him. As such we agreed I would cancel the order and Matthew would repay my deposit. I sent him my bank details 8 days ago, and have received no payment. Now he is not taking my phone calls. What a charlatan.
