Whatever you do, don't contract NTS Renovators to do your renovations.
We paid Mirko Agic over R200k as a deposit for labour and materials. From day 1 he was in breach of the contract:
1. He started a month late (he was down at the coast and had turned off his cell)
2. Brought random guys off the street corner to do the work, the external inspectors had to train the workers and complained about the use of kitchenware instead of building tools.
3. There were different workers on site every day, some days none at all.
4. They burst plumbing pipes and took days to repair it, they complained when we called external plumbers in and charged them for the service.
5. After 2 months of working they have gone AWOL, we have not seen them in almost a month. Their office is an empty shell and they don't answer any calls.
Don't work with this company, they are very unreliable and unprofessional.
