Last year November a pipe burst in my bathroom wall the warm water pipe. Firstly they broke my tiles without telling us that Absa does not restore youre bathroom to what it was and that they only pay out a SMAL AMOUNT FOR THE BROKEN TILES. Secondly they went outside and broke about 1, 5 m out of the wall to get to the pipe. PLUMBERS on call never ever make a apointment and keep it they pitch up when they want and do the job as they want to. After about 3 to 4 weeeks the same pipe leaked luckilly the wall was not fixed yet and they Came to fix it AGAIN on their time... PRESENT 2013 the pipe sarted leaking AGain and it is in the same place even the 3 de team they sent out today agrees. ABSA lady mpuni said do not pay R500 exess untill you are sure it is not the same pipe or place. PLUMBERS ON CALL JUST PITCHED WITHOUT APPOINTMENT ZACH BOSS SAID TO ME OVER PHONE THEY WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING TILL THEY HAVE EXESS IN HIS HAND... WE HAVE BEEN IN CONVERSATION WITH HIM AND MPUNI FOR THE LAST WEK AND A HALF TO NO AVAIL... i AM NOT GOING TO PAY ANY EXESS IF IT IS THE SAME PIPE THEY HAD TO FIX AND I WILL NOT PAY EXESS FOR THE DAMAGES DONE TO MY WALL OR BATHROOM.
