I bought a Groupon voucher for a full plumbing inspection report and geyser blanket for R1080. After several calls, i managed to get a booking for the inspection. I received an e-mail, in quotation format, no full plumbing inspection report was delivered, and they also managed to sell me the "upgraded" geyser blanket -a more expensive type for R500. I paid 50% deposit for the work which was scheduled to commence in the week. Luke calls me with some excuse, then he agrees to come on Saturday, and on Friday - calls to cancel due to a family function, but promises for Monday. I re-arrange my work schedule, once again to accomodate him. On Monday morning he calls to say his partners child has lice? but he will be coming to install the geyser blanket. That afternoon he calls to say he cannot come as he doubt he will be able to fit in my ceiling? How do you run your business if you cannot get into the ceiling? I tell my husband to call him and make further arrangements. Luke then cancels the deal and says he is too busy to do our job. Waiting for my deposit and Groupon to be refunded. Walker plumbers has been a COMPLETE waste of my precious time. Do not take this guy seriously.
