Thank you Dulux. While I cannot say what the problem was due to an agreement Dulux has made me sign, I was impressed with the speed and friendliness that Kriben and Dulux sorted it out. It was a bumpy ride, but on the whole Dulux and Kriben were proffessional and delivered.
