Poor after sales

A transaction was made by Davidsons Boards on 26 July 2013. Delivery was requested for Monday 29 July but the salesperson, Thinus Knoetzen, advised that delivery will take place on Tuesday 30 July as the warehouse only have stock of the one item that was purchased and not both as originally transacted. Delivery did not take place as specified by Thinus on 30 July. A follow-up was done on 31 July where I was told that Thinus is on training and Marius would assist. The receptionist, Kim, had a bad attitude and Marius, the other sales person, had a "I don't care" attitude as he said that he is doing Thinus a favour to oversee this delivery. Delivery occurred on 31 July but not all the items was delivered. When I followed up with Thinus on 1 August, he said that he will sort and revert back but he never did, he just sent the driver to deliver the item but not even an apology that they could not deliver as per the request. This service is inexcusable!
