I can't believe the totally poor and rude attitude from Penguin Pools, in particular GERRY LAMB - the apparent new owner and decision maker for Penguin Pools.
Poor Gary, who would have thought that following your heart attack that you would succumb to such an arrogant and un-helpful brother who is driving your business in to the ground and ruining your hard earned reputation after a few months. Even your staff are on the brink of all leaving because of his attitude and poor people skills.
You promised in front of the architect and project manager 3 months ago to completely re-build my new pool again, remove all the marbelite and do a proper job after the initial up. Why, oh Why have you allowed you brother to renege on your promise and in such a rude and arrogant manner in front of the same witnesses? I don't want a 'patched' bodge up - I want my walls straightened, the corners and steps sorted and the mosaics replaced or put back properly - I don't want grinders, unsupervised labour and shoddy workmanship - and why after spending /-R100 K should I have to accept it..!!! Your brother Gerry's rudeness in my own house calling me a kg was the last straw!!!
