My pool pump stopped working, I called the pool team to come and have a look at it and was not advised when I called that they do not do repairs.
I was charged R350 for a call out fee which they insisted I pay upfront before the technician would come out to assess my pool pump.
The "technician" Willem arrived and told me that my pool pump was not working (which is what I had told Henrietta on the phone)
If they do not do repairs why are they called technicians?
He then told me that they do not do repairs and only replace pool pumps. Could I have not been told that on the phone and saved myself R350... shocking customer service
