Worst customer service and workmanship eve

We had paid our deposit weeks ago and waited for Jannie and his team to put in seven new doors we had bought. After rescheduling over and over again with strange excuses, they finally came today.
The first door was ok, the second a bit skew on top, which Marco (Jannie's son) tried to explain was due to the skew door frame and that there was nothing to be done.
Then he showed me the third door, which was perfect at the top, but at the bottom, there was a huge, about 3cm gap. I asked him if they had cut the door and he said yes, they had measured it to be like the old door. Now, we got new doors because the old ones didn't fit in their frames and were also too short after we had taken out the old carpets. I told him that and he said that I should have told him before, which I actually had when I said that all the doors had to be flush. He became defensive and a nasty argument ensued. The bottom line is that he walked out on the job after having taken out the three fitted doors again (which I only noticed later as I was feeding my baby). Now we have three doorways without doors, three messed up new doors and all this fun cost us over R1, 000 that we probably won't ever see again.
