Advice to a non-custome

I recently had to have an electrical Certificate of Compliance issued for a property that I have sold and was not certain about the information I was given by my chosen electrician. I found Lee's website on the internet and sent an email regarding my concerns with my electrician, and Lee was willing to advise me, even though we had never met and I was not even his customer. My mind was put at rest with his advice and although my electrician had already done the work on this occasion, I will certainly be contacting Lee in future when I need any electrical or plumbing work done.
