Hi, i bought 60 bags of cement at your store in hamanskraal as indicated above on monday 15 July 2013 and the salesperson who assisted me told me that they will deliver on wednesday 17 july 2013. i left my brother's numbers at the store so that they contact him when they are going to deliver to ensure that there is someone at home, on thursday 18 july 2013, my brother informed me that the driver called him informing him that he has been waiting at my home to deliver, my brother informed him that he is home the driver told him he already left as the store didint call him back and he wont go back to myhome to deliver as it past his knockoff time, i find that as unproffesional and lack of customer care. my builders are waiting for the cements, the whole thing has halted the building progress. i expect high quality of service from a company such as cashbuild especially as its a JSE listed company. i can only immagine how the poor and vulnerable people are treated on a daily basis as that store serves most black people, it is highly unacceptable
