My swimming pool was build by Penguin pools and started leaking. I phoned them asking them to please come out and give me a quote to have it fixed as it is no longer in the warranty period. First they wanted me to pay a callout fee of R450 for a quote and after some debate Silvia came out to look at the pool. After about one week and several calls she sent me a quote leaving half of the stuff that needed fixing off the quote. I asked her to rectify it and two weeks later and even more calls I am still waiting for a quote. I have phoned her numerous times and she keeps on telling me she will get to it just now.
The fact is Penguin Pools will install your pool, but please don't expect them to come and fix it afterwards.
