This is a complaint. This is the second time that I received bad service from the Vereeniging (Gauteng) branch. The first time I requested a quote in store. This is more that 6 months ago and still have not received anything. The second time was yesterday. I bought some supawood boards to be cut in different sizes and to be edged (finished) on the facing side of the board. This requesting was done on 5/7/2013 and paid for. Their cutting machines were out of order and they were trying to catch up so they could not do the cutting but only on Monday the 8th. I could not go in on Monday and made arrangements for Thursday the 11/7/2013 to pick up the board. a Friend picked it up. When someone eventually helped her, the board was not cut yet. She had to wait for it. When I checked it in the evening the board was not finished. Trying to phone the store manager, no one answered the phone.
