Johan installed laminate flooring in our house 1.5 years ago. There is a 15 year guarantee on the floor and in this time frame we experienced chipping on the floor. There was an obvious fault with these specific floors. Johan went the extra mile to make sure he kept true to the guarantee and supplied me with brand new floor. His service is excellent and even though he had problems getting his service provider to keep to their promise he made sure I as the client was happy.
