Why am I surprised

I would love to say that I am surprised but sadly I am not, poor service and a total lack of regard for the consumer is what Builders Warehouse has come to stand for.

In short: Sheets of supawood was ordered and paid for (11K in total), on Monday the 8th of July and delivery was promised on the 9th of July guaranteed. The 9th of July came and went, still no delivery, contacted them again and they promised that it would be here before lunch time on the 10th and well the clock has just struck 12 (so to speak) and still we wait.

I know that you are now too big to care Builders Warehouse but the consumer keeps your doors open, be that the contractor who supports you to the man who just wants to hang a picture frame in his home. The least you could have done in this entire saga was contact us and let us know where our delivery was and more importantly not have, more then once, when we asked when we could expect our stock.
