I moved in at Isibaya House at Marshall street renting an apartment on the 1st of June 2012 and moved out the 31/05/2013 due to bad service there, Notice of vacating was made 2 mnths prior to moving out and inspection was done and the keys where handed over on the day of departure. The place was left clean though i found it very dirty, after a follow up on when refund will be done i was told about the carpet and i told Charmaine Schidt to deduct the R250.00 for the carpet that she advised since she said she is working on my file and my deposit will be refunded, till today now they coming with all, first of all the company they using for maintenance is not registered and their final inspection differs from what i have received from Jaap Kruger.. an apparently they do not refund deposit so many people who stayed have never got their money back. Complaint has been laid with Housing Tribunal 1066, 35 Pritchard cnr Harrison
