Since Dec 2012, I've been having problems with my fridge/freezer thus called Orca to come out & repair. Orca diagnosed that fridge/freezer needed gas so they refilled it. We waited a few days but fridge wasn't getting cold & freezer not freezing so we called Orca to come out again. Orca said they didn't refill gas properly so they then refilled it again. We waited few days, fridge/freezer still broken so called Orca again and they came out to fetch my appliance to test it. Orca then said I needed a new compressor. Orca came to fit new compressor, We waited a few days but fridge/freezer still broken. Orca came out again & said that compressor they put in was faulty so they replaced it again. We waited again fridge/freezer still broken so we asked for different technician. New technician said blocked pipe. A few days after repair, fridge was getting hot on sides. Called Orca and they said it was normal. Fridge/freezer broke down again. Orca said it was Fan that was broken.i'm still waiting on the Fan!! I BELIEVE that Orca broke my fridge/freezer further everytime they came out & diagnosed a different problem! 6 months later still sitting with a broken fridge!! PATHETIC INCOMPETENT SERVICE PROVIDER!
