Sheeting Direct
I was told to go myself

I purchased some polycarbonate roof sheeting from the company and spoke to the Managing Director Marian, she misheard me and supplied the wrong size. When i called she said they would not take it back but would send buyers needing that size my way, but unlikely as it was not a popular size. After checking I told Marian's assistant that it was not my mistake - she said that i had accepted the goods as stated on the invoice and paid so i had no claim but that she would get Marian to call me. This never happened. Next day i sent an email showing how the mistake was theirs - with no response. i called Marian's cell and within minutes she cut me off. I called their office number and spoke to her again.
She steadfastly refused to accept any sort of a compromise. I said OK then I am forced to re-order and pay again from you as you are the only people i can get this product from, but that I would tell all my mates in the industry not to buy from them. She said "GO YOURSELF" and slammed the phone down...
I guess she doesn't need the business!!
Anyway I then found MANY suppliers at BETTER prices!
Try Modek,
Duro Plastics
Also a whole lot under their associations directory on GOOGLE

Beware other suppliers of Polycarbonate as mentioned above Modek and Duro Plastic both sell imitations of Polycarbonate and make their Sheets out of Recycled polycarbonate making the Strength of the sheet extremely brittle, make sure who you are getting your Sheets from are Authorised Palram Distributors , i.e like Sheeting Direct , i found their service fair and acceptable , their assurity of their product is what astounded me with a 25 Year Warranty against hail damage and colour fade !! ive found the imitations of Polycarbonate barely last 2 years and usually break after the first hail Storm
