After having our house painted, and been given a 5 year guarantee on workmanship, the paint in our house started peeling and the damp started up again after only18 months. The work had been guaranteed for 5 years and when we contacted ProTec to come and repair the faulty workmanship, we got excuse after excuse. After trying to get them to come and look at the repairs that had to be done, and numerous excuses, we gave up after a year, and have had to do the work ourselves. Its disappinting to think that you have a guarantee on the work done, and only to find out that the people you hired and gave you the guarantee, just avoid you and continually never arrive to come and repair their work under guarantee. Complete breach of contract. The worst is they never ever even came out to see what we were complaining about on their workmanship
