Earlier this month I called Suntank to get help with a solar geyser that was installed in a house I recently bought. They couldn't find the previous owners on the system, so I was happy to just start a new enquiry. I gave the gentlemen (can't remember the name) my email address and he never got back to me. When I called to follow up, the lady who picked up was never able to assist me. On 12 June, when the lady couldn't find someone to transfer me to yet again, I asked if she couldn't help. I then sent her (Nicky) an email with my details and the photo of my solar system attached. A week later (no response), I followed up on the matter and she said that she would look into it. On 24 June I made an enquiry on their website as I didn't know what else to do. To my surprise I received a response a few hours later. I Spoke to Johann on the phone and explained my problem, he took my details and said he'd give me a call. Finally, I thought. I never heard from suntank again. This is FRUSTRATING, because I would like to use Suntank's services as they are the company that installed this system, but it doesn't seem like they are prepared to help and no one takes responsibility.
