Sold our house and we were legally obliged to have inspecto come here and do the compliance certificicate. Like the previous complainant, i also think inspecto aren't fantastico. This is what happened: They worked here for 3 days. After completion, they left us with a dead power outlet for the refrigerator. So we had to run an extension chord until it could be fixed. We run a guesthouse, so as soon as a cold spell hit, the guests started complaining. Easy fix, I told them, just switch on the underfloor heating. But I spoke too soon. Inspecto had done a great job here as well, fixing the underfloor heating so well that it went from working before they came to not working after they left. Well done Inspecto!!!
